Novotel Warszawa Centrum - Warsaw

It made our trip to Warsaw an amazing experience. Everything was excellent, the service was amazing. The hotel's location was very central, to the Central railway station. Further, it was just off the national stadium and local bars and restirsbts and a main shopping centre.

i was offered a room with pleasant views over the skyline of warsaw. a storage, nespresso coffee, and tea-making facilities turned out to be good.

Marvellous and fab location a minute walk from Wars. Amazing breakfast and plenty of goodies.

The place was reasonably clean and impressive, had well-trained and customer-focused staff at the reception desk. The food was healthy, and the room was newly remodelled. Very clean bed and pillows, there were coffee/tea making equipment and luggage storage available. The property was in the centre of the city.

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Twin Room and loved the little things like the clean, spacious setup and the awesome Nespresso machine. The wellness center was nice with a sauna and great massage options to wind down after a day of exploring. The breakfast area, while decent, felt a bit cramped compared to the lovely seating area it had, but that didn't take away from my stay! 😊

check-in takes 30 min, from 4 desks only 2 was working. coffee machine in breakfast was terrible and staff cannot handle it

Unclear parking facilities; public parking garage. Communication with taxi drivers difficult.

This hotel has an amazing central location. I appreciated the spacious room with comfortable bedding and a good view of the city. The free wifi worked without issues and the bathroom was clean with nice toiletries provided. Breakfast had a lot of options and was quite tasty. They were often crowded and I had to wait a couple of minutes. The noise from the bar next door was disruptive at night, even with the windows closed, which affected my sleep. The front desk staff could have been more responsive. I couldn't get through to them when I tried calling from my room. It felt a bit chaotic at times. The hotel has great potential, but a few improvements are needed to enhance the experience further.

Delicious breakfast, staff is good, the view from our 29th floor was unbelievable, location is great!
